Titles Are A Real Struggle
Ok, so I’m going to try and write a blog post despite being attacked by 5 people on msn, I could turn my status to busy, but that’s just impolite. Right I had better get down to it, Chris wants to play Counter strike.
A week of my life as a working guy is over, well, it was only 4 days, but meh. It made it pretty clear that I’m going to have to try and make the most of my weekends, making sure I see as many good people as I can, as being stuck in the office for 8 hours a day is kind of lonely. What makes it even worse is that there is no T-Mobile coverage in Chalfont St Giles at all, so I can’t just give someone a ring for an idle chat. One more reason for me to switch to a contract phone though.
Friday night, me and Steve went into Wycombe we went to the Horse, then to the Antelope, then back to the Horse. It was a good night, I saw Sophie and it was so good, it was just like the old days, we chatted and chatted. Made me realise that I have actually missed her quite a lot, I hope that I will see her more often. Also saw Dave Harrington for the second time since we left year 11. He hasn’t changed a bit since school and its so good to hang out with him, again. All is well.
I got a form for my provisional driving licence so I can A) learn to drive and B) get into places a lot easier than with my really old passport as it looks nothing like I do now. Seems I will put driving on hold until the New Year though as I need a new computer! Today Counter Strike crashed, and I only had 215mb of free space on the C partition. Really not good. I think I’m going to build a nice and expensive 64bit SLI system, it should be awesome.
Chris gave me a little go in his car today; there is something very scary about being in control of a machine that could easily kill a person. It’s a silly thing to think, but it still worries me.
Went skating today as well, filmed some ok footage with Chris’s new digital camera, I think I will post it up at some point, I dare say it will be tomorrow if I get the time in between work and the pub.
