So this is the New Year……

……and I don’t feel any different. (The New Year, Death Cab for Cutie) Had to start with that lyric, it’s a little bit down, but it has a nice ring to it!

So, I made it to 2006, along with all my friends and family, I have no idea what it has in store for me, its started off quite bumpy, but I’m hoping by February everything will be ok. 2005 has been a pretty awesome ride for me; here are a couple of reasons why.

So first up, I met Ben. He is a legend, a legend indeed. Hopefully I can catch up with him a lot more in 2006, and hopefully he will blog a lot more! I wish him the very best of luck for 2006! See you soon man.

I finished sixth form and came out with very respective grades, I had a good time at Wye Valley, I will have to go back soon, and see everyone. The evening of excellence was good, got to catch up, and saw that I have made my mark on the school, check out my previous post.

From school, and I chilled for a while, got broadband finally and geeked out for most of the summer, it’s probably when I feel in love with Counterstrike:Source. The summer made my mum despair, she was sure I would never find a job, I promised her I would, and it would be before November. I got a call from Martin at Binamic on the 30th of October. I got the job, and I kept my promise!

Binamic is so good, we are small, but we rock. I enjoy my time there, each day is good, and my skills are improving. Hopefully I can stick around there for a while, continue to improve and continue to strengthen the company.

Last but by no means least, I met Carrie. And I am in love with her. Hopefully I will be writing the same thing in 2007.

Those are the main things that rocked my 2005, others include (but are not limited to) Radio One, Belgian buns, Green Day, Motioncity Soundtrack, My Chemical Romance, Arctic Monkeys, iPod’s, iTunes, Podcasts, iMacs, Apple in general, Chris, Steven, Aiden, Stephi, Tasha, Amy, water, long hair, Extras, Computer Arts, CSS, XHTML, AJAX, k750i. Sure there are more.

I will be back soon, to explain my plans for 2006. One last thing, I think I may have found the highlight of 2006 - Ricky Gervais has a podcast. Oh yes.
