Natty Dreads Mon

Second blog post on my new computer! This thing runs like a dream, I have to hold in the geek tears of joy every time I kill someone in slow motion on F.E.A.R. Pure Bliss!

F.E.A.R is a brilliant game, after watching Matt Brett’s game play video I was sold. The action sequences are so intense, and the ghost thing sends a shiver down my spine. My only gripe with the game is that I am yet to bring myself to play it on my own; it’s just scary as hell! Amazing atmosphere, I must conquer my fear (no pun intended) and play through it though, the story is getting interesting.

I took a load of photos whilst building my new computer so will hopefully put up an article about that at some point. One good thing I did do with it. I named it “Natty Dreads Mon” (a line from Monkey Island 2) in a stroke of sheer genius. Now I can say things like “hey Steve, want to see my Natty Dreads Mon?!” Man, I’m so very geek!

I have an update on “The Regulars” well, not really an update. But the site owner must have seen my article about the badges and liked it enough to link to it (several times) so I was pretty chuffed with that. A couple of people have also posted pictures of what they got. Still 47 people left to reveal themselves!

I started writing this post on Monday, and this paragraph was going to start with “It’s valentines day tomorrow” but I didn’t have time to finish it. So here goes. It was Valentines Day yesterday (bet you didn’t see that coming!) it was really awesome. I got Carrie a rose and some chocies and a card. She got me an amazing card, and she wrote the sweetest things in it! My heart melts every time I read it. Carrie I love you so much!

I am planning to get (mt) media temple hosting at the start of March. Then I can transfer everything over and leave this crappy slow host. I am going to launch V3 in May for the CSS reboot. I may even do a portfolio site and launch in the main Reboot. I’m not sure yet though. I have also got to redesign the FRaG website (the CS clan I joined a while back) and I am participating in a Photoshop battle with Steven. I will knock up a showcase page for that soon.
